The speech of smaller/minor communities is often categorized as unofficial/unscripted languages. In result, that language are neglected and sidelined socially and institutionally. Again, minor and unofficial languages are discarded as they were regarded non-functional outside the home domain. This trend also expressed as ‘linguistic genocide’ that has lead to economic, political and social marginalization of the speakers of the minor and endangered languages.
